Qualifications

• Candidate has degree-level education in bioinformatics, computational biology, genomics, CS or equivalent experience.
• Experience analysing large-scale genomic datasets and high-throughput sequencing data with established tools.
• Proficient in scripting (Python/R) and workflow management with reproducible pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, manage, and interpret large-scale genomic datasets and develop robust pipelines.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to define analytical strategies and provide statistical input.
• Contribute to publications and grant applications while meeting deadlines.
