Qualifikationen

• PhD or equivalent experience in biochemistry or in vitro pharmacology.
• Industrial drug discovery experience is essential.
• Proven expertise in mechanistic enzymology and kinetic profiling.

Aufgaben

• Provide scientific leadership for molecular characterisation of cancer targets and in vitro characterisation of small molecules.
• Design and implement biochemical strategies to generate high-quality SAR/SKR data.
• Drive adoption of innovative biochemical technologies and collaborate with external experts and CROs.
• Lead external partnerships, defining best practices for biochemical assays and mechanism-of-action studies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance project objectives and mentor colleagues.
• Coordinate delivery of scientific objectives and ensure timely achievement of goals.
• Present complex data clearly and represent CR Horizons at conferences.
