Are you an experienced Senior Technician with a strong understanding and experience in Binding Authorities? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our growing team at Gallagher Re. As part of our Binders Technical Operations Division, you will play a crucial role in supporting the processing and resolution of queries related to the end-to-end premium bordereau processing. How you'll make an impact

1. Process complex technical transactions, mostly related to monthly bordereau for Binding Authorities.
2. Support the resolution of pre-processing queries raised by our offshore team within 48 hours of receipt.
3. Manage relationships with our Accounting and Credit Control Teams, supporting reconciliation and collection of premiums.
4. Carry out ad hoc tasks as specified by your line manager.

About You

• Strong understanding and experience in bordereau processing.
• Excellent technical insurance knowledge and understanding of the industry and its regulators.
• Complete understanding of the full end-to-end process model across all disciplines, including SLAs and TATs.
• Experience working with the Bureau (Xchanging/DXC) in accounting and settlement protocols related to premium processing.
• Knowledge of Facultative business, Proportional Treaties, Line Slips, and Binding Authorities.
• Good understanding of Market Reform Contract (MRC).
