Senior BIM MEP Technician – Revit & Clash Coordination

Job summary

Cundall in Bristol is seeking a Senior Building Services Technician to produce and coordinate BIM Models and Drawings for MEP design across RIBA Stages 2-4 on a range of local and international projects.

Working with engineers, technicians and BIM leads, you will manage models from setup to final issue, input COBie/IFC/Uniclass data, run clash detection and contribute to automation developments for Revit and BIM within Cundall’s template standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with BIM and Revit in a similar role.
• Understanding of COBie/IFC data exchange.
• Knowledge of RIBA plans of work and ISO 19650 is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Produce & coordinate BIM models and drawings for MEP design.
• Manage models from setup to final issue with asset data.
• Review models for clashes and provide reports to engineers.
• Contribute to automation developments for Revit & BIM.
