Job summary

Cundall’s Building Services Team seeks an experienced BIM Technician for our London office to produce and coordinate BIM models and drawings for MEP design across projects.

You will work with engineers, technicians and BIM leads to develop coordinated models, perform clash detection, and align with Cundall’s design standards and templates, with opportunities to contribute to automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Background in Building Services with BIM experience.
• Experience using Revit for MEPT models and coordination.
• Familiar with clash detection and model management standards.
• Ability to follow project BIM Execution Plans and templates.

Responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate BIM models and drawings for MEP design.
• Review and clash-detect models to aid engineers and coordination.
• Input COBie, IFC, and Uniclass data as required.
• Contribute to automation developments for Revit and BIM.
