Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead digital delivery across energy infrastructure programs, including T&D, renewables and nuclear decommissioning. You will drive BIM standards, coordinate multi-disciplinary CAD/BIM work and manage information flows across project teams and supply chains.

The role requires strong leadership, ISO 19650 knowledge, and hands-on experience with Revit, Navisworks and ACC. Hybrid working options are available.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable BIM coordination experience on major infrastructure programmes (e.g. energy, transport).
• Working knowledge of ISO 19650 information management framework and its application on live projects.
• Experience facilitating clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks Manage and ACC Model Coordination.
• Hands-on ACC experience: configuring Docs permissions & folder structures, Design Collaboration packages and Model Coordination spaces.
• Proficiency with BIM authoring and federation tools (Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, ACC).
• Familiarity with BEP and MIDP structures and ability to check outputs for compliance.
• Strong organisational skills: track actions, maintain dashboards, produce progress reports.
• Clear and direct communicator, comfortable liaising across multiple delivery partners.

Responsibilities

• BIM Implementation Strategy – develop BIM Implementation strategy & deliver complex international projects.
• Run day-to-day BIM coordination and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) administration across a range of projects.
• CDE Management – establish & administer the CDE & support efficient management of multi-stakeholder projects.
• Project Management – coordinate BIM execution & project delivery with project leadership.
• BIM Execution – create & maintain the project’s industry framework docs: BEP, MIDP, MPDT, appendices etc.
• Technical Support – establish data-integrated workflows for Water Plant projects & provide support, guidance & training to project teams.
• Digital Technology & Content Management – oversee production of templates & libraries, deploy ACC on projects and manage best practice for collaboration.
• Quality – establish & administer digital quality assurance control procedures.
• Collaboration – be an ambassador for a global group working with regional project teams and other Digital departments.
