Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to support digital delivery across Energy projects. You will lead BIM coordination, implement ISO 19650 workflows, and manage ACC-based processes across major programmes, including national grid-style upgrades, with a focus on collaboration across global delivery teams.

The role requires strong leadership, technical capability, and the ability to drive digital delivery improvements within a hybrid work environment at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience BIM coordination on major infrastructure programmes.
• Working knowledge of the ISO 19650 information management framework.
• Experience facilitating clash detection and model coordination.
• Hands-on ACC experience: configuring Docs permissions and model coordination spaces.
• Proficiency with BIM authoring tools (Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, ACC).
• Familiarity with BEP and MIDP structures and the ability to check model outputs for compliance.
• Strong organisational skills: track actions, dashboards, progress reports.
• Clear and direct communicator across multiple delivery partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop BIM implementation strategy and deliver complex international projects.
• Lead day-to-day BIM coordination and ACC administration.
• Establish and manage the CDE for multi-stakeholder projects.
• Coordinate BIM execution with project leadership.
• Maintain project BEP, MIDP, MPDT documents.
• Provide technical support and training on BIM workflows.
• Oversee content management and digital technology use.
• Monitor digital QA procedures.
• Collaborate with global teams and delivery partners.
