Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead digital delivery across energy projects in the UK, including T&D, Renewables and Nuclear decommissioning. You will oversee BIM coordination, information management, and model-based collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams and supply chains.

Role requires strong leadership, ability to implement BIM standards, and experience delivering BIM at scale on infrastructure programmes.

Qualifications

• BIM coordination on major infrastructure programmes with CDE administration.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 information management.
• Experience with clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks Manage and ACC.
• Hands-on ACC experience: Docs permissions, folder structures, DCPs, Model Coordination spaces.
• Proficiency with BIM tools: Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, ACC.
• Familiarity with BEP and MIDP structures and checking model outputs for compliance.
• Strong organisational skills: track actions, dashboards, progress reports.
• Clear communicator across multiple delivery partners.

Responsibilities

• BIM Implementation Strategy – develop strategy and deliver complex international projects.
• Run day-to-day BIM coordination and ACC administration across a range of projects.
• CDE Management – establish & administer the CDE for multi-stakeholder projects.
• Project Management – coordinate BIM execution & project delivery with project leadership.
• BIM Execution – create & maintain the project’s BEP, MIDP, MPDT docs.
• Technical Support – establish data-integrated workflows and train project teams.
• Digital Technology & Content Management – oversee content, templates & libraries; deploy UNIFI.
• Quality – administer digital quality assurance procedures.
• Collaboration – liaise with global teams and other Enterprise Capabilities.
