Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead digital delivery across Energy projects, including T&D, renewables and decommissioning. You will oversee BIM coordination, CDE management, and model-based collaboration on major programmes, including national grid initiatives, with oversight of standards and digital workflows.

You will mentor teams, support interface and data coordination, and drive continuous improvement in digital delivery, with a hybrid working model and access to learning

Qualifications

• Demonstrated BIM coordination experience on major infrastructure programmes.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 information management framework and live project application.
• Experience facilitating clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks Manage and ACC Model Coordination.
• Hands-on ACC experience: configuring Docs permissions, folders, and Collaboration spaces.
• Proficient with BIM authoring and federation tools (Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, ACC).
• Familiarity with BEP and MIDP structures and model output checks.
• Strong organisational skills: tracking actions, dashboards, and progress reports.
• Clear communicator, liaising across multiple delivery partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop BIM implementation strategy and deliver complex international projects.
• Run day-to-day BIM coordination and ACC administration across multiple projects.
• Establish and administer the CDE; support multi-stakeholder project management.
• Coordinate BIM execution and project delivery with leadership.
• Create and maintain BEP, MIDP, MPDT and project appendices.
• Establish data-integrated workflows for water plant projects and train teams.
• Oversee content templates and libraries; deploy Autodesk Content Catalogue/UNIFI on projects.
• Administer digital QA procedures for BIM processes.
• Collaborate with global teams and Enterprise Capabilities colleagues.
