Job summary

Core Group is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead digital project delivery across a portfolio of complex MEP projects. You will drive BIM excellence from design through to installation and handover, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and on programme.

You will act as the link between design, coordination and delivery teams, overseeing BIM processes, model quality, and digital workflows across multiple projects with regular site visits and office-based collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven BIM Manager/Senior BIM Lead experience in Building Services or Construction.
• Strong track record delivering BIM across complex MEP projects.
• Excellent understanding of BIM from design through handover and installation.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM delivery across multiple projects ensuring programme alignment.
• Coordinate federated MEP models across project lifecycle.
• Drive BIM processes from design coordination to construction and handover.
• Manage model reviews, clash detection, and coordination activities.
