Job summary

WSP is seeking a BIM specialist to support the BIM Manager on a major international rail programme in the UK. You will lead the development and enforcement of BIM standards, coordinate across disciplines, and support on live projects.

You'll manage model setup, clash detection, and quality checks using Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360/ACC, while guiding project teams and sharing best practices across the organisation. Hybrid working across UK offices is offered.

Qualifications

• UK BIM experience on architectural projects, with focus on standards.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC and Dynamo.
• Ability to communicate complex technical details graphically.
• Experience delivering BIM on large-scale projects through construction.
• Knowledge of CoBIE and data management in BIM workflows.
• Familiar with Excel macros and scripting within software environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist the BIM Manager with development of BIM standards and workflows.
• Manage a project across several sites on a major international rail programme.
• Coordinate architectural models with MEP, structural, etc.
• Support teams in model setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Perform quality checks and clash detection using Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC.
• Assist with guidance and training to project teams on BIM tools.
• Collaborate with design teams to integrate BIM strategies into project delivery.
• Help manage project data, file organization, and documentation related to BIM deliverables.
