Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a BIM Leader in Greater London to oversee MEP delivery in multidisciplinary station projects. The role encompasses managing requirements and risks, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring successful design outcomes across all project stages.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Bentley MicroStation, OpenBuildings, and a background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. This hybrid role offers flexibility and various employee benefits aimed at promoting health and professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum HNC/HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with Bentley MicroStation and OpenBuildings.
• Understanding of BIM and working within a Common Data Environment.

Responsibilities

• Model 3D MEP services using Bentley MicroStation and OpenBuildings.
• Produce 2D sections from 3D models for drawings.
• Coordinate design with other disciplines for clash-free design.
