Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a BIM Leader to oversee MEP delivery for a variety of multidisciplinary rail projects. You will be responsible for modeling 3D MEP services, ensuring design coordination, and mentoring technical staff while maximizing data exchange across platforms.

The ideal candidate will have an HNC/HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and extensive experience in BIM leadership. WSP offers a hybrid working policy, encouraging a work-life balance and a culture of inclusion.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable multidisciplinary delivery experience.
• Understanding of BIM and working within a Common Data Environment.
• Experience with offshore CAD and BIM resources is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Head MEP delivery for multidisciplinary stations projects.
• Model 3D MEP services and produce 2D layout drawings.
• Ensure design coordination for clash-free implementation.
