Confidential in London is seeking a Senior Billing Coordinator to join a top US law firm on a permanent basis. You will work directly with Partners to prepare and process client bills, ensuring accuracy and timely submission in line with firm policy.

Candidates should have 3–5 years' billing or revenue experience in an international law firm; Elite 3E experience is a bonus, with full training provided. This role offers hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days remote) and a competitive salary

The Senior Billing Coordinator Role

As the Senior Billing Coordinator, you will be tasked with working directly with assigned Partners to prepare and process client bills. Responsibilities include ensuring that clients are billed timely and special client needs are met, consistent with firm policy.

It is essential for the successful candidate to have at least 3-5 years' experience in a billing / revenue role within an international law firm. Experience using Elite 3 E will be a bonus, however full training will be provided. The firm are keen to hire an organised and confident / engaging individual with an inquisitive nature.
