Job summary

A leading bike service provider is looking for a Senior Mechanic to ensure high-quality servicing and repairs in a fast-paced workshop. You will oversee bike workflow, coach junior staff, and uphold safety standards. Required is a Cytech Level 2 certification and proven experience with various bike types. Qualifications

• Proven experience servicing hybrid, mountain, gravel, and BMX bikes.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop.
• Strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bike workflow from start to finish in the workshop.
• Complete 15 rebike services & repairs or 20 new bike PDIs daily.
• Coach Intermediate & Junior mechanics and promote teamwork.
