Job summary

Encore Digital Media, based in London, is seeking a brilliant Programmatic Manager with 3+ years’ experience across multiple DSPs to join our growing Biddable Team.

You will own end-to-end programmatic campaigns across Display, Video, CTV, Audio, and Native, coordinate with commercial and account teams, and drive optimisation and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience managing campaigns across multiple DSPs.
• End-to-end programmatic campaign management experience.
• Strong knowledge of B2B media and marketing.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of programmatic campaigns across Display, Video, CTV, Audio, and Native.
• Collaborate with commercial & account management on programmatic briefs.
• Upload and QA creatives; ensure tracking pixels are implemented.
• QA of briefs; challenge unclear parts using KPIs.
• Budget allocation, pacing, and monitoring to achieve targets.
• Create campaign trackers; monitor performance and provide weekly insights.
• End-of-campaign reporting with recommendations for future campaigns.
• Regular optimization to hit conversion, CTR, and viewability benchmarks.
• Contribute to evolving Encore’s programmatic offering.
