Job summary

Encore Digital Media in London seeks a Senior Biddable Manager to lead delivery for flagship clients, combining hands-on programmatic expertise with leadership and strategic thinking.

You will mentor the delivery team, oversee omnichannel campaigns across DSPs, and drive process efficiencies with Account and Encore Commercial teams. A track record in programmatic growth and client success is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years end-to-end programmatic activation experience.
• Strong track record with omnichannel DSPs including The Trade Desk, DV360 or StackAdapt.
• Expert knowledge of Encore core platforms; fluency in GA4 and DCM is preferred.
• Experience leading teams and managing multi-stakeholder projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for strategic client accounts.
• Mentor junior team members and improve workflows with senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Account and Commercial teams to optimise delivery.
• Lead QA and provide consultative support on setup and optimisation.
• Represent Encore on client calls, presentations, and reviews with confidence.
• Identify new platform opportunities and champion innovative solutions.
