NXA Talent Limited is recruiting for a Bid Writer/Manager to join a growing brand in the UK. The role focuses on translating complex logistics and digital designs into compelling, compliant tender submissions.

You will interview SMEs, draft high-quality narratives, and lead storyboard sessions to ensure a winning strategy and rigorous bid governance across public sector opportunities.

Qualifications

• You must have previously worked as a Bid Manager, Coordinator or Writer.
• Experience with public sector bids is essential.
• Exposure to Logistics or Supply Chain is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Draft, edit, and proofread high-quality technical responses.
• SME Extraction: Interview internal SMEs to extract required technical detail.
• Compliance & Scoring: Analyse tender questions to ensure full compliance and scoring.
• Storyboarding: Lead storyboard sessions to structure answers before writing.
• Version Control: Manage rigorous document control for high-security bids.
• Sector Insight: Incorporate sector knowledge into responses to demonstrate understanding.
