Buro Happold is seeking an exceptional Bid/Proposals Technical Author at Associate Director level to lead the development of compelling proposal narratives across a major infrastructure portfolio. The role sits in a hybrid model, with preference for London but Bath, Manchester or Leeds considered.

You will translate complex technical solutions into persuasive client-focused submissions, mentor colleagues, and contribute to thought-leadership content across highways, rail, water, and energy

Qualifications

• Proven track record shaping high-scoring submissions for major bids.
• Experience with public-sector bids and frameworks is advantageous.
• Ability to translate complex technical solutions into client-focused content.

Responsibilities

• Lead authorship of technical responses for major infrastructure bids.
