Job summary

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Bid Writer to join the Work Winning Team in Hertfordshire. You will contribute to and oversee the written element of proposals for highways and infrastructure frameworks and projects in London and surrounding regions.

Key duties include converting client intelligence into win themes, developing proposal strategies, leading authors, storyboarding and writing high-standard responses, and reviewing proposals.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ authoring experience.
• Ability to write concise bid responses based on technical information.
• Analytical and critical thinking.
• Layout and graphics awareness; knowledge of InDesign advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Convert client intelligence into win themes with the team.
• Develop writing strategies for proposals.
• Lead a team of authors and subject matter experts.
• Storyboard and write technical and managerial proposal responses.
• Review proposals.
