Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced bid professional to coordinate and deliver complex bids. You will guide strategy, pre-tender work, EOI, PQQ, ITT, and pitches, coordinating with technical leads and authors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality proposals.

You will lead bid teams, leverage Copilot and Office365 for efficient collaboration, and ensure adherence to organisational procedures, adopting best practices across all bid activities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering bids from inception to close.
• Experience leading bid teams.
• Strong influencing and communication skills.
• Flexible, mobile, able to meet client-driven deadlines.
• Proficient with tools: Office365, Copilot, InDesign, MS Project, MS Dynamics CRM.
• Degree level or equivalent qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use Copilot to support organisation and coordination of bids.
• Oversee the bid process from strategy through to feedback.
• Plan and manage a bid from start to finish.
• Collaborate with technical leads, authors and bid team members.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and best practices.
• Lead the production of high-quality proposals and collateral.
