S&W is seeking a Bid Manager to lead and manage bids from initiation through to submission, ensuring a high-quality, client-focused approach. You will drive bid strategy, coordinate SME input, ensure compliance and timely delivery, and work with partners and service lines to shape compelling responses.

This role requires strong bid writing, project management, and stakeholder engagement to improve win rates and deliver value.

Qualifications

• Proven bid management experience in professional services or complex commercial environments.
• Strong bid writing and editing skills with ability to create clear client-focused content.
• Excellent project management skills with experience handling multiple bids and deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including working with senior internal stakeholders.
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of long sales cycles.

Responsabilités

• Lead bid delivery end-to-end from initiation to submission.
• Develop bid plans, timelines and responsibilities.
• Coordinate SME input and ensure alignment to the brief and client evaluation criteria.
• Write, edit and refine bid content, including executive summaries and key responses.
• Ensure content is concise, consistent and tailored to each opportunity.
• Support post-bid reviews and capture insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with partners and service lines to shape responses and messaging.
• Maintain the content management platform (Seismic) up to date.
