Job summary

S&W are seeking a Bid Manager to lead bids from initiation to submission at their London office. The role focuses on developing winning responses, governance of submissions, and collaborating with stakeholders to maintain high-quality, client-focused bids.

You will drive bid strategy, ensure compliance, and continuously improve performance through best practices. Based in London, the role requires strong coordination across teams to deliver high-quality proposals on time.

Responsibilities

• Manage bids end to end, from initial opportunity through to final submission
• Develop and maintain clear bid plans, timelines and responsibilities
• Coordinate input from subject matter experts and ensure contributions are aligned to the brief
• Support bid kick-off sessions and help shape clear, client focused messaging and response structure
• Ensure all submissions are compliant, high quality and delivered on time
