Job summary

Made Tech Limited is seeking a Bid Leader to drive the bid process from pre-sales through to submission and signature. Reporting to the Head of Bids and Frameworks, you will lead and inspire a team to craft winning responses, with a strong grasp of UK public sector procurement and DDaT principles.

You will influence the wider leadership to align bids with our ethos and customer insights, ensuring timely, high-quality outputs and a focus on social value and compliance.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years’ experience in UK public sector technology.

Responsibilities

Lead bid leadership team to drive opportunities forward.
Influence Made Tech leadership to align bids with ethos and customer insight.
Build and manage matrixed teams supporting responses with minimal supervision.
Plan bid activity and timelines, hold team to input deadlines.
Coach team and provide best-practice writing guidance.
Apply knowledge of services and technical offerings to shaping bids.
Incorporate learning from retrospectives to improve bidding practices.
