3D Personnel Ltd invites an experienced Senior Bid Manager to join a leading Tier 1 main contractor based around Southampton/South Coast. You will own complex tenders, drive pre-construction strategies and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver compelling submissions for major projects.

The role demands a commercially astute, strategically minded leader with a proven track record in securing significant construction contracts across defence, education, healthcare, commercial and public-sector

Qualifications

• Senior Bid Manager with Tier 1 or established UK main contractor experience.
• Proven track record securing significant construction tenders and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of procurement, pre-construction processes and D&B contracts.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end bid management from opportunity assessment to submission and award.
• Develop bid strategies, win themes and tender programmes to meet client objectives.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary bid teams including estimating, design, planning and commercial.
• Manage single-stage and two-stage tenders, negotiated opportunities and public-sector framework submissions.
• Produce high-quality technical and qualitative tender responses that are compliant and compelling.
• Lead bid review meetings, workshops, interviews and presentations with stakeholders.
• Identify tender risks and commercial considerations throughout bidding process.
• Support ongoing improvements of bid processes and libraries.
