Job summary

3D Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a leading Tier 1 main contractor for an experienced Senior Design Manager to join their established regional construction team on the South Coast.

Based from Southampton, you will lead the design process from tender through to construction, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and drive buildability and value engineering while maintaining programme integrity. A competitive salary (£80k-£95k) plus car allowance and benefits is on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience leading design on Tier 1/main contractor projects.
• Strong understanding of design through RIBA stages and buildability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design from pre-construction through to handover.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and consultants for integrated designs.
• Develop design programmes and information release schedules.
• Oversee design development and ensure compliance with regulations.
