Qualifications

• Experience leading bids and proposals, incl. multi-million-pound initiatives.
• Ability to coordinate capture teams and stakeholders across functions.
• Understanding of bid governance, win themes, and pricing strategies.
• APMP Practitioner certification is desirable.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead competitive and non-competitive bids through to conclusion.
• Coordinate inputs from functional areas to define bid strategy.
• Develop win themes, storyboards, and narratives for proposals.
• Manage bid governance, approvals, and colour reviews.
• Plan cost build-up, pricing, and budget requirements.
• Drive bid activities and maintain schedule with stakeholders.
