Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead 2nd stage/PCSA conversions for major regional schemes from preferred bidder to contract award. You will shape conversion strategies and drive alignment between design, commercial and delivery teams in a demanding pre-construction environment.

Qualifications

Experience as Bid Manager delivering 2nd stage/PCSA pre-construction.
Proven ability in complex public sector schemes and MOJ framework desirable.
Strong understanding of design development, risk management, and commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

Lead schemes from preferred bidder through to contract award across major regional projects.
Develop conversion strategies aligned with client objectives and align design, commercial, and delivery teams.
Manage risk, value engineering, and design development throughout the pre-construction lifecycle.
Maintain strong client relationships, oversee governance approvals, and ensure smooth handover to live operations.
