Job summary

Pertemps Network Group is seeking a Senior Bid Designer to lead the Creative Services function, owning high-profile projects and evolving the brand. You will work with senior stakeholders to deliver on-brand creative solutions across internal and client-facing contexts.

The role combines hands-on design, project management, stakeholder engagement and team leadership, ensuring delivery of quality work on time and to demanding standards.

We're partnering with a well-established business to recruit a Senior Bid Designer to join its Creative Services team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced designer looking to take ownership of a creative function, lead high-profile projects and play a key role in maintaining and evolving a respected brand. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, delivering creative solutions that support both internal teams and external clients.

The role is broad and varied, combining hands-on design work with project management, stakeholder engagement and team leadership. You'll be responsible for overseeing creative projects from initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring all work is on-brand, delivered on time and meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
