Together Group's Construct Bath studio is seeking a Senior Designer to lead brand identity work from concept to execution. You will mentor a team of designers and collaborate with Design Directors and the Creative Director to deliver refined solutions.

We value strong craft, typography, and presentation skills, with a hands-on approach to production and client-facing leadership within a luxury brand context.

Qualifications

• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to lead end-to-end brand work.
• Mentor and support Midweight designers and interns.
• Excellent presentation skills for internal and client meetings.
• Comfort with production files and working with production partners.
• Deep understanding of typography, layout and digital design.

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts from research to final execution, ensuring alignment with the brief.
• Create presentation-ready visuals and lead creative development.
• Present concepts in client meetings or with Design Directors and Creative Director.
• Own production, manage print and digital partners, ensure quality control.
• Lead project teams and oversee work distribution across designers and interns.
• Provide regular progress updates to Design Directors and Creative Director.
• Foster a collaborative studio culture and support junior staff.

About the role

We're looking for a Senior Designer to work closely with our Design Directors and Creative Director, taking an active lead on projects that shape compelling brand identities from the ground up. You'll drive creative work forward end to end — from initial concept through to flawless execution — while mentoring and supporting the designers around you.

This is a role for someone with strong conceptual thinking, a sharp eye for craft, and the presence to captivate a room, whether that's your studio team or a client.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts from initial research through to final execution, ensuring every output answers the brief
• Create presentation-standard visuals and lead the creative development of your projects
• Present concepts internally and join client-facing meetings — either leading the conversation or supporting Design Directors and the Creative Director
• Own production and implementation, managing print and digital partners and holding the line on quality control
• Lead project teams, briefing and distributing work across Midweight designers, Juniors and interns, and keeping priorities clear
• Check in regularly with Design Directors and the Creative Director, presenting progress at key project stages
• Help foster a collaborative studio culture, and inspire and support junior team members as they grow

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, plus Figma
• A strong hand for translating rough sketches into refined, artwork-ready executions
• Excellent presentation skills, and the confidence to keep developing them
• Comfort preparing files for production and working directly with production partners
• A strong understanding of typography, layout and design for digital
• Bonus: a strong sense of art direction for photography and film
