Qualifications

• Strong experience in BI engineering within large organisations.
• Leading or mentoring BI engineers and setting engineering standards.
• Ability to design end-to-end BI solutions and influence technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead evolution of BI platform using Databricks and Unity Catalog.
• Design and build scalable BI solutions and semantic models.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and ensure data quality and governance.
• Mentor other BI engineers and drive best practices across deployment.
