Tenth Revolution Group in London is seeking a Senior Data & AI Engineer to drive Azure Databricks powered data platforms and AI initiatives at a hybrid London site.

You'll design scalable data platforms, build pipelines with Databricks, PySpark, Delta Lake and Airbyte, and shape AI capabilities in customer-facing products, while guiding governance, security and cost optimisation. This is a pivotal role with significant ownership and high-growth potential.

Qualifications

• Strong Azure Databricks expertise.
• Advanced Python, SQL and PySpark skills.
• Experience designing and building modern data platforms and pipelines.
• Databricks optimisation, performance tuning and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Designing and scaling Azure Databricks-based data platforms.

• Developing AI and LLM-powered capabilities within customer-facing products.
