Job summary

Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust is seeking a Senior BI Developer to join the Performance and Informatics Development Function on a permanent, full-time basis. The role focuses on developing and maintaining the Trust's Data Warehouse and Data Visualisation systems using SQL Server, Power BI and the Microsoft BI stack.

Experience delivering BI solutions for complex data sets.
Ability to translate requirements from technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with data standards and documentation.

Responsibilities

Develop, test and maintain the Data Warehouse and ETL pipelines.
Write advanced SQL and build Power BI and SSRS reports.
Monitor BI environment and resolve issues, ensuring data quality.
Gather requirements and translate them into practical BI solutions.
Provide advice, support and training to colleagues; line management duties.
