Qualifications

• 10+ years in data analysis, engineering, or architecture roles.
• Experience shaping enterprise data architectures and data models.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on with data integration, ETL/ELT, and cloud data platforms.
• Experience in Asset & Wealth Management industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead delivery of enterprise-wide solutions, managing teams.
• Translate high level business and technology goals into roadmaps, architecture and operating models.
• Present to senior client audiences and explain industry challenges clearly.
• Support clients in defining data, technology and resource strategy.
• Lead Alpha’s internal IP accelerator development across multiple areas of expertise.
• Take a lead in mentoring and coaching team members.
