Job summary

Tomorrow's Guides is seeking a BI Developer / BI Analyst to support marketing and web analytics. You will own end-to-end analytics from ETL through to dashboards, with 3 days per week in our Hungerford office.

You’ll bring 5+ years of UK‑based analytical experience and deep skills in DAX/Power BI, SQL and Python/PySpark, plus familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and AI projects. Competitive package includes £60k, £4k bonus, 25 days leave, and a pension in a hybrid setup.

• 5+ years of UK-based analytical experience.
• Strong skills in DAX/Power BI, SQL and Python/PySpark.
• Experience with complex datasets and delivering insights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end analytics from ETL to visualization.

• Build KPI reports and partner with teams to understand needs.
