Job summary

Levy is seeking a Beverage Supply & Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics for live events and exhibitions at SEC. The role focuses on planning, coordination, stock control, vendor management, budgeting, and cost efficiency across transportation and setup.

The ideal candidate has extensive logistics experience in events, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to risk and safety. A competitive package and site-based work across major venues are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics management for live events, conferences, or exhibitions.
• Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role coordinating logistics.
• Strong budgeting, vendor negotiation, and contract management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate logistics for live events, conferences and exhibitions.
• Lead resource management including beverage stock, equipment, and setup.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors and manage supplier relationships.
• Develop budgets for logistics operations and monitor costs.
• Coordinate transportation and routes, optimise costs and environmental impact.
• Lead and develop a logistics team and ensure safety and compliance.
