Levy UK is seeking an Operations Manager to lead all catering operations at the SEC, delivering high-quality food and beverage services for major events. You will manage a team across multiple venues, ensure best-in-class operations, and drive efficiency through process and technology enhancements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a management role with event P&L accountability.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders.
• Strong IT skills and ability to create presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for high-volume catering at SEC events.
• Consult effectively with senior stakeholders and partners.
• Support sales with financially sound bids and proposals.
• Oversee labour scheduling and budgeting in collaboration with HR.
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene rules are followed.
