Levy UK & Ireland, part of Compass Group, is seeking a Beverage Supply & Logistics Manager to oversee live event logistics at SEC in Glasgow. The role focuses on planning, coordination, resource management, and cost control to ensure seamless event delivery.

You will lead a team of logistics professionals, negotiate with vendors, manage budgets, and implement efficient inventory and transportation strategies across multiple events, conferences, and exhibitions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a managerial logistics role.
• Experience coordinating live events, conferences and exhibitions.
• Strong cost control and budget management.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Ability to adapt to irregular hours and travel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate logistics for live events, conferences and exhibitions.
• Lead resource management including stock, procurement and distribution.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors and manage relationships.
• Develop and manage event logistics budgets and cost controls.
• Coordinate transportation and onsite setup to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead and develop a team of logistics professionals.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across operations.
