Job summary

Park Street People Ltd is representing a global pharmaceutical company seeking a Senior Benefits Specialist for a full-time 6-month temporary role (35 hours per week) in the Greater London area.

• Strong Benefits/HR experience preferably within a global pharmaceutical company.
• Great knowledge of HR policies and processes.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to maintain strong working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total Benefits projects and programs such as health & welfare, leaves/absence and incentives.
• Provide and review salary data to ensure competitive positioning within the market.
• Act as primary point of contact for rewards queries, guiding employees on complex benefits as necessary.
• Implement and develop benefits/rewards systems change requirements and support ongoing enhancements.
