This is an initial 4-month contract with the potential for extension.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of UK benefits, with beneficial but not mandatory knowledge of EU benefits.
The role involves being a central point of contact for the daily operations of UK and EU benefits programs, contributing to the strategic design and implementation of benefits, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives. Responsibilities include responding to benefit inquiries, leading project plans within deadlines, ensuring compliance and accuracy, maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders and consultants to adhere to policies, and analyzing data to develop business offerings.
Applicants must have at least 4 years of experience in a benefits-related role, demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, have a suitable work-from-home setup, and own necessary IT equipment (minimum a laptop).
A DBS check is required and will be reimbursed.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. This is a fully remote position.
