A global leader in financial services is seeking a benefits manager for an exciting opportunity within their benefits team. This role, initially offered on a 4-month contract with potential extension, requires strong expertise in UK benefits and experience in managing compliance, strategic implementations, and stakeholder relations. You will be joining an initially 4-month contract with the potential for extension.
This role requires someone highly knowledgeable in UK benefits, and it would be beneficial to have knowledge of EU benefits, though this is not a requirement.
This role involves being a central point of contact for the daily operations of UK and EU benefits programs, playing a key part in the strategic design and implementation of benefits, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives, responding to company benefit inquiries, leading project plans within timelines, ensuring compliance and accuracy, maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders and consultants to ensure policies are adhered to, and working with data to analyze and develop offerings in the business.
Applicants must have at least 4 years of experience in a benefits-based role, the ability to work autonomously, a suitable work-from-home space, and their own IT equipment (laptop minimum).
This role requires a DBS check, which will be reimbursed.
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours. This is a fully remote role.
