Job summary

Community Living Limited is recruiting an experienced PBS Specialist to join our Behaviour Support Team. You will develop and deliver PBS interventions for adults with autism and learning disabilities across South London, coaching trainees and ensuring high-quality data collection and reporting.

The role requires expertise in FBAs, QoL, and function-based interventions, with opportunities for part-time arrangements. UK-SBA supervision and ongoing training are included.

Qualifications

• Be confident completing relevant assessments including FBAs and QoL.
• Creatively design data recording approaches based on FBAs and train staff to use them.
• Write FBA reports and plan function-based interventions based on literature.
• Train staff on delivering function-based interventions with observation and feedback.
• Develop high quality Behaviour Support Plans based on applied behaviour analysis.
• Collect and analyse quantitative and qualitative data.
• Be accountable for interventions and data collection.
• Support transitions between locations (home or hospital).
• Be competent at supervising/leading others and providing feedback.
• Use IT tools such as Excel, Word and email.
• Create reports for all readers in clear English.
• Deputise for the Assistant Clinical Director when on leave.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective delivery of interventions that improve quality of life.
• Work across South London teams and plan time with the Assistant Clinical Director.
• Provide supervision for Trainee PBS Practitioners and offer guidance.
• Design and implement PBS strategies across multiple teams.
• Keep accurate data, records and reports for stakeholders.
• Support the service with training and continued education.
