Qualifications

• 5+ years of residence in the UK for security clearance eligibility.
• Experience with battery pack design, thermal management, and project lifecycle management.
• Background in high-performance battery applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of battery platforms from concept to production.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve integration issues.
• Develop validation plans and analyze test data for refinement.

Skills

Battery pack design and cell integration

Experience using and packaging pouch cells

Battery thermal management methodologies

Cell connection methodologies such as laser welding

Experience with various production processes

CAD software proficiency, ideally SolidWorks

High voltage applications design
