Job summary

Agratas – A Tata Enterprise in Bridgwater, UK, is seeking a Senior Launch Engineer (Formation & Aging) to provide launch and ramp-up technical support for manufacturing processes in Formation Aging.

You will define robust, scalable processes to ensure yield and stability, act as the primary escalation point during new line launches, and collaborate with equipment suppliers, manufacturing, quality and assembly to stabilise operations from pilot through SOP ramp.

Qualifications

• Experience with lithium-ion battery Formation Aging processes.
• Knowledge of charge/discharge cycles and battery testing.
• Experience supporting pilot lines, new production launches and high-volume ramps.
• Familiarity with SPC, PFMEA, DOE and RCCA methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide launch and ramp-up technical support for Formation Aging processes.
• Act as primary escalation point during new line launches.
• Collaborate with equipment suppliers, manufacturing, quality and assembly teams.
• Stabilize operations from pilot through SOP ramp.
