Job summary

Agratas – A Tata Enterprise seeks a Launch Integration Manager to lead end‑to‑end manufacturing launches for a new Bridgwater facility. You will guide FAT through start of production and ramp stabilization, ensuring disciplined stage‑gate execution and timely handoffs to downstream owners.

Reporting to the Head of Launch Integration, you will enable cross‑functional collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Quality, Automation and Program teams to deliver predictability and

Qualifications

• Experience in launch or project management of manufacturing in automotive industry.
• End‑to‑end manufacturing launch execution knowledge (FAT, SoP, ramp).
• Familiar with stage‑gate governance, evidence collection and sign‑off.
• Cross‑functional collaboration with Manufacturing Eng, Operations, Quality and Program teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end Launch Execution Process, from FAT to ramp stabilization.
• Plan, govern and sign‑off on checklists and handoffs to downstream owners.
• Ensure adherence to standard work and proactive risk identification.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Eng, Operations, Quality and Automation teams.
