Job summary

The Blues Kitchen London is seeking a Senior Barback to join our award-winning venue known for Southern-inspired food, cocktails and live music. You will support the bar team during busy services and help keep the back bar running smoothly.

Working at a busy, energetic venue, you’ll restock, organize the back bar, maintain cleanliness and help deliver fast, consistent service. Competitive pay is £12.71 per hour plus tronc, with pay every two weeks and troncs monthly.

What Youll Be Doing

• Supporting bartenders and bar supervisors during busy services.
• Leading barback duties and helping organise the back bar during shifts.

What to Expect

• Competitive pay: £12.71 per hour plus tronc (total package usually between £12.71–£13.71 per hour). Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday and tronc paid on the last Friday of the month.
