Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the UK is seeking an experienced Banking Transformation Manager to drive delivery across major accounts. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, shape client roadmaps and codify strategic initiatives into actionable programs.

You'll bring deep banking expertise, a proven consulting background and the ability to nurture client relationships while guiding junior colleagues. This role offers hybrid working across London/Manchester/Glasgow with flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience across Banking domains including payments.
• Ability to manage client relationships and lead teams.
• Experience delivering complex transformation in finance domain.

Responsibilities

• Support the management and growth of one or more accounts across the Invent offering portfolio.
• Pro-actively open new connections and maximise impact on client.
• Design and lead streams of work whilst playing a role in Capgemini's growth through successful delivery, contributing to our offers and knowledge, as well as developing new business.
• Identify and analyse problems and issues that may affect the successful delivery and adoption of our proposed solutions into the business.
• Bring the right combination of style and substance, ensuring that the basics are right, whilst always focusing on we add value to our clients.
• Work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to drive continuous business performance improvement
