Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant to drive transformation for Banking clients across regulatory, technology and operations. You’ll lead streams of work, build relationships, and contribute to business growth across multiple accounts in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

You will coach junior team members, shape proposals, and deliver credible thought leadership while maintaining Capgemini’s values and client-centric approach across the UK market.

Qualifications

• Deep banking domain expertise and hands-on consulting experience.
• Broad knowledge of banking and cross-asset classes.
• Experience implementing regulatory changes across banking front/middle/back office.
• Experience in proposition building and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support the management and growth of one or more accounts across the Invent offering portfolio.
• Pro-actively open new connections and relationships in your role.
• Design and lead streams of work whilst playing a role in Capgemini’s growth through successful delivery, contributing to our offers and knowledge.
• Identify and analyse problems and issues that may affect the successful delivery and adoption of our proposed solutions into the business.
• Work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to drive continuous business performance improvement.
• You’ll design and lead streams of work whilst playing a role in Capgemini’s growth through successful delivery, contributing to our offers and knowledge, as well as developing new business.
