Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a banking-focused manager to lead client engagements across the banking sector within the UK. You will drive multi-account growth, shape strategic delivery, and coach junior colleagues, while contributing to Capgemini's offerings and thought leadership.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value, navigate regulatory considerations, and foster client relationships across major financial institutions.

Qualifications

• Deep Banking knowledge and hands-on consulting experience; novel points of view on the industry.
• Ideally, experience across more than one banking area such as payments.
• Experience in PM, analyst, or change roles within banking or consultancy.
• Experience in retail, private, wholesale, investment banking or market infrastructure.
• Knowledge of financial regulation and data controls; digital/AI/cloud perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow one or more accounts across the Invent portfolio.
• Proactively open new connections and mobilise the team for client impact.
• Work with leading firms to develop and deliver the banking institutions of the future.
• Design and lead work streams while contributing to Capgemini's growth and offerings.
• Identify issues affecting delivery and adoption of proposed solutions.
• Balance delivery excellence with client value in cross-functional teams.
