Ideal candidates have 4+ years of PQE, proven experience in asset-based lending, and a track record of delivering precise, commercially minded advice in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE.
• Experience in asset-based lending is essential.
• Experience in leading national, regional or city practice.

Responsibilities

• Advise on asset-based lending and broader banking matters.
• Work with Partners on transactions involving real estate finance and corporate lending.
• Act for lenders, banks, corporates and fund managers.
• Develop experience within an established team and gain exposure to high-value work.
